Just in case you weren’t sure whether Asus would be bringing the upcoming Eee PC 1002HA to the US, it looks like everyone’s favorite tipster is offering confirmation. The FCC has posted documents related to the Asus Eee PC 10002HA.

There’s really not much more to say. There’s a picture showing the bottom of the netbook where the FCC label will go. But none of the usual pictures of the netbook with its case off. So it looks like we’ll have to wait for the 1002HA to start shipping before we find out whether there’s room on the inside for adding components like GPS receivers or 3G modems.

The Eee PC 1002HA will be smaller and lighter than the Eee PC 1000H, but a bit heavier than the Eee PC S101. Word on the street is that it will cost about 449 Euros when it’s released. No US pricing has been announced/leaked yet.
