Lenovo may have killed (or at least postponed indefinitely) the innovative Skylight smartbook. But that doesn’t mean the company’s giving up on ARM-based mini-notebooks altogether. Pegatron first teased us with a thin, light, and ARM-based netbook back at CES in January. At the time, the company’s promise of a $199 seemed a bit hard to believe.
