Lenovo’s first Chromebox is now available for purchase. The ThinkCentre Chromebox Tiny is a desktop computer that measures 7.2″ x 7″ x 1.4″ and weighs about 2.2 pounds. It looks a lot like Lenovo’s line of tiny Windows computers, except this model runs Google’s Chrome operating system.

The ThinkCentre Chromebox Tiny was unveiled in April, and now it’s available for purchase for $200 and up… just not from Lenovo.com. The company’s website says it’s out of stock.

The Chromebox Tiny comes in two models. For about $200 (from Newegg, CDW, or Great Lakes Computer) you can get a model with an Intel Celeron 3205U Broadwell processor, 2GB of RAM, and 16GB of storage.

There’s also a higher-priced model (available from Newegg, Promevo, and Great Lakes Computer) with a Core i3-5005U Broadwell processor. While this model has a more powerful processor, it also has just 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage.

Both models feature 802.11ac WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, Gigabit Ethernet, four USB 3.0 ports, a headset jack, and HDMI and DisplayPort.

As part of Lenovo’s “tiny” family of mini PCs, this little computer is also designed to work with the Lenovo Tiny-in-One desktop monitor and dock. Just slide the whole computer into the slot in the back of the monitor and you’ve got yourself an all-in-one desktop.
