Find yourself snapping just as many photos with the camera on the front of your phone as the one on the back? Asus has a new phone that features a front-facing camera that’s many of the features of the rear camera.
The company introduced the Zenfone Selfie this week at the Computex show in Taiwan.
The Asus Zenfone Selfie features a 13MP rear camera with a 28mm lens, laser auto-focus, an F/2.0 aperture, and dual LED flash.
On the front of the phone there’s another 13MP camera, and this one has a 24mm lens, dual LED flash, and an F/2.2 aperture. It lacks the laser focus feature.
The rest of the phone’s features seem pretty solid for a mid-range to high-end phone, including a 5.5 inch, 1920 x 1080 pixel IPS display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor, support for 2GB to 3GB of RAM, up to 32GB of built-in storage, a microSD card slot, and dual SIM support.
The phone features 802.11ac WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, and supports LTE and HSPA+ on GSM networks.
It’s quite interesting. They already ditched Intel?
Probably just testing the waters with Intel. If it is successful, we’ll see more Intel phones. Maybe an even playing field at some point?
