Toshiba offers some of the most affordable Windows tablets on the market, including the Encore Mini tablet with a 7 inch screen and the Encore 2 with an 8 inch display, priced at $120 and $200 respectively.
But the older Toshiba Encore 8 is arguably a better tablet. It has a more powerful processor and more storage — and right now you can pick up a refurbished model with 2GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, and an Intel Atom Z3740 Bay Trail processor for just $149.

Oh, it’s definitely a better tablet. A much better tablet.
