Lenovo’s Horizon line of table PCs are sort of what you get if you cross a tablet with an all-in-one desktop. The first models of these gigantic tablets launched in 2013, and now Lenovo’s introducing two new models.

The Lenovo Horizon 2e and Horizon 2S are basically big tablets that you can use as desktop computers, tabletop gaming machines, or anything in between.

The Horizon 2s is a slim 19.5 inch tablet that measures just 0.59 inches thick and which weighs about 5.5 pounds.

You can attach the Horizon 2s to an optional stand or use the built-in kickstand to use it like an all-in-one desktop. Or you can detach the screen and carry it around like a tablet. It has a built-in battery that should provide up to 2.5 hours of run time while streaming HD videos over WiFi.

The system features an Intel Haswell processor, 1920 x 1080 pixel IPS display, 8GB of RAM, and up to 500GB of storage. It supports WiFi, Bluetooth, and NFC, has 2 USB 3.0 ports, stereo speakers, and an SD card reader.

Lenovo also includes a wireless keyboard and offers optional accessories including joysticks and e-dice that you can use with the tablet to play digital games when the Horizon 2s is lying flat.

The Horizon 2s should be available in October for $949 and up.
