Dell plans to launch the first Android tablet to feature an Intel RealSense 3D camera by the end of the year. Even without the camera, the Dell Venue 8 7000 Series looks like an interesting tablet: It’s just 0.24 inches thick and features an 8.4 inch, 2560 x 1600 pixel OLED display.

While Dell hasn’t revealed many other details about the tablet yet, it did show up at the FCC this week and that gives us a little more information about the Dell Venue 8 7000 Series.

The tablet has a 21Whr battery, WiFi and Bluetooth, and there will be options for models with HSPA+ and LTE connectivity.

The tablet has a microSD card reader, an ambient light sensor, a microUSB port, speaker, and front and rear cameras as well as Intel’s 3D camera.

I can’t make out the exact processor from the teardown photos, but the back of the tablet clearly says it has Intel inside, and the tablet’s expected to have an Intel Atom Z3500 series Moorefield chip.
