The Acer Iconia One 8 is an Android tablet with an 8 inch, 1280 x 800 pixel display and an Intel Atom Z3735G quad-core Bay Trail processor. Announced earlier this month, it looks like the Iconia One 8 is headed to America.
It just passed through the FCC website.
The full device model number is Acer Iconia One B1-810, and it’s code-named the Vesper 8.
Like the Iconia One 7, this will likely be a low-cost tablet. But it has decent specs for an entry-level device, including an IPS display with wide viewing angles, HDMI output, a microSD card slot, and Android 4.4 KitKat software.
Acer plans to offer models in a range of colors. The tablet weighs about 12 ounces and measures just about 0.3 inches thick.
