HTC is expected to unveil the “all new HTC One” smartphone on March 25th, but it looks like there may be a few review units in the wild already. GadgetReviews accidentally posted a 12 minute hands-on video a little early, and while the video has been removed, it’s downloaded and re-posted by other users.

While the video isn’t a full review, it provides a good look at the phone as well as details about a few surprises HTC packed into the phone.

We already knew the next-gen HTC One would likely have two rear cameras and a design that looks a lot like the original HTC One.

Now it looks like the new phone is virtually the same size as its predecessor, but features a few minor design tweaks including some updated camera software, a repositioned light sensor, and a microSD card slot.

It’s been a few years since HTC has released a flagship smartphone with removable storage, and the latest versions of Android don’t make it easy to use removable storage for apps anyway. But if you have a lot of music, movies, or other files that you’d like to carry around on your phone, or just like the idea of being able to swap storage cards, it looks like HTC is joining Samsung in offering microSD card support again.

Other changes include a power button which is now on the top right side of the phone and a headphone jack that’s now at the bottom. The buttons below the screen have also been replaced with on-screen buttons.
