Mizuu is a media center app for Android which lets you manage and watch movies, TV shows, and internet video on an Android device. The 99 cent app may not be quite as versatile as XBMC, but it’s easier to set up, and it was available for Android first.
Like XBMC and other media center apps, Mizuu automatically downloads descriptions, cover art, and other information for videos in your collection.
Among other things, Mizuu 2.0 adds experimental support for Google TV devices, improved widgets, and better support for Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and later.
Mizuu 2.0 also now supports Samba sharing, which means you should be able to stream content from a shared network drive. So if your media collection is hanging out on a Windows PC, you can connect to a folder on that computer from your Android phone, tablet, or TV box.
Unfortunately you’ll lose your data if you upgrade from an earlier version of Mizuu.
You can find more details at the Mizuu blog.
