As part of Google’s week-long birthday celebration for the Play Store, the company is offering dozens of TV episodes for free. For the most part you’re looking at pilot episodes of TV series, which are clearly designed to hook you on the show and get you to spend more money.

But at least a few of the offerings make pretty good standalone freebies – I picked up episodes of Mythbusters, Monty Python’s Flying Circus, and the PowerPuff Girls.

You can watch these episodes in a web browser or on an Android device.
