Lenovo is introducing 3 new notebooks in its S Series line. Up until this year, the company used the IdeaPad S name for its 10 inch netbooks, but now that Lenovo doesn’t sell netbooks in the US anymore, S Series laptops are generally low cost portable notebooks.

For instance, the Lenovo IdeaPad S205 is a $399 laptop with an 11.6 inch display and an AMD E-450 processor.

The new members of the S Series family include models with larger 13.3 inch and 14 inch displays and starting prices of about $499.
