The Asus Transformer Pad TF300T is a 10 inch Android 4.0 tablet with a quad-core NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor. If you add an L to the end of the model number you get a model with a 4G LTE radio — and that’s exactly what showed up at the FCC website this week.
It’s not entirely clear whether this model has the same Tegra 3 chip as the WiFi-only version of the tablet. Tegra 3 doesn’t support LTE — so either Asus is using a different processor in this model or the company added a separate chip for wireless communications.
Either way, here’s what we do know. The Asus Transformer Pad TF300TL features 802.11b/g/n WiFi, GSM and WCDMA 3G connectivity, LTE 4G support, and Bluetooth and GPS.
It has an SD card slot, headphone jack, and HDMI port.
While the FCC documents don’t really tell us much more about the tablet, I suspect it has the same 10.1 inch, 1280 x 800 pixel display as the WiFi-only version.
