The Toshiba Excite 10 is expected to go on sale in the US in May for $450 and up. As is customary for any device with wireless capabilities, the tablet had to go through FCC testing first, and the product page at the FCC is now live.
Most of the details are hidden away behind a confidentiality request, but it looks like there will be at least a few different Toshiba Excite 10 model numbers. There’s mention of an Excite 10 AT305 and an Excite 10 AT300.
Both models feature 802.11b/g/n WiFi and Bluetooth wireless capabilities.
I also learned that the tablet is manufactured by Taiwanese OEM Pegatron.
Toshiba also plans to release 7.7 inch and 13 inch tablets in June.
