HTC Flyer dock goes up for order

Best Buy is now offering a dock for the HTC Flyer tablet. It’s a simple little white dock with a MHL adapter which you can use to crank out HD video to an external display if you want to hook up your tablet to a TV or monitor.

If you don’t plan to use your Flyer as a home theater PC, the dock seems a little pricey at $49.99, considering its only other function is to prop up the tablet while it’s charging. But that’s about par for the course with tablet accessories these days.

The docking station is back-ordered at the moment, but Best Buy says it should ship within a few weeks.

Has @HTC gone daft? What’s with the outrageous prices? Not including the pen then an expensive dock?
