The LG E-Note H1000B is a slate PC with a 10.1 inch, 1366 x 768 pixel resistive touchscreen display, a stylus, and Windows 7 Starter Edition. It comes with a low power 1.1GHz Intel Atom Z510 or 1.6GHz Intel Atom Z530 CPU, 1GB of RAM and a 16GB solid state disk.
The tablet showed up at the FCC web site a few weeks ago, but LG still hasn’t made any official announcements about US availability for the E-note tablet. The company did launch the E-note in Korea this weekend though.
The E-Note H100B has 802.11b/g/n WiFi, Bletuooth 3.0 and optional WiMAX — although you’ll need a USB dongle for WiMAX capabilities. The computer has 2 USB ports and an SDHC card slot. It comes with a removable 4 cell battery and weighs about 1.9 pounds. It sells for abotu $850 in Korea, (with WiMax), but that really has no bearing on how much the tablet will cost if and when it makes it to US shores.
