First International Computer has launched a Windows 7 tablet in Taiwan. It’s unlikely that you’ll be able to walk into a store and buy this device under the FIC brand name anytime soon, but I wouldn’t be shocked if a Western company contracted with FIC build the device and sell it under a different name.

The FIC Tycoon tablet features a 10 inch multiouch display, a 1.66GHz Intel Atom N455 processor, 2GB of DDR3 memory and a 120GB hard drive.

The tablet will be available through 3G wireless provider Vibo Telecom in Taiwan. Other carriers are testing the tablet as well.

FIC first introduced the tablet this summer, but it looks like it’s finally starting to ship.
