Huawei S7 Android tablet available for purchase

The Huawei S7 Android tablet is a 7 inch touchscreen device with an 800 x 480 pixel capacitive display. It runs Google Android 2.1, and Chippy from CarryPad thought it was one of the coolest things he saw at Computex earlier this month.

The tablet has a 768MHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, 256MB of RAM, and a microSD card for storage. It supports 802.11b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1, and HSPA/UMTS 3G connectivity. And it’s available for purchase in the US and UK.

Expansys is selling the Huawei S7 for £299.99  in the UK, where the store says it can deliver the tablet within 10 days. Expansys-USA also has a listing for the Huawei S7, which is selling for $354.99 in the states. But it won’t be available until July 7th.

Does the Huawei S7 still include telephony functions? If so, does it qualify for access to the Android Market?

well actualy there will be many diffrent types some with capacitive screen but i think none will have that low of a cpu they will all have a 1 gig cpu and they all will have calling i think(im not sure about this) but its better off waiting till it comes to the usa cuz it will be less or wait for it to go to austrailia cuz then it will much lower

Needs for processing muscle! Furthermore, at this price point I rather spend 30% more and get an iPad (App. store, speed, seamless integration w/ iTunes).

this includes Google Marketplace too maybe not as big as iPad app store, but it's still good

S7 is really ugly and not using the latest capacitive screen. Worth 200 £? That is ripped off.

I wish to know what is the difference Hua Wei S7 tablet compare to froyo tablet?

Froyo RM310 but Hua Wei RM999 or contract RM899
As i knew, Hua Wei S7 can use as Hand Phone but Froyo can’t
Appreciate your advise & send to : [email protected]
FYI, I installed 16 CCTV (PC Based GeoVision System) but installed run off after collected cash. Previously I can view CCTV via Nokia but once I upgrade to Blackberry Storm 9500 with contract 24 months, I am so dissapointed as I fail to view via BB Storm 9500. I was made to understand if I purchased iPhone or iPad, the problem solve but I dont have such budget to spend.
