The second access panel on the underside of the laptop is for the second mini PCI-E slot, which you can use for a WWAN card or storage.<br><br>2. There are frequent sales on this model; I purchased the same model as the reviewer for $399. For that price, it's a pretty good deal, depending on what you are looking for.<br><br>Also worth mentioning - much like the HP Mini 311, this makes a great hackintosh.
