		<description>Years ago no one made you have a one year or two contract. Now they know once they have locked in ,the level of service does not matter.&lt;br&gt;I have been through this 4 or 5 times in the last 7 years.&lt;br&gt;One cell phone company reaction when I said it wasn&#039;t working as claimed&quot;it&#039;s not guaranteed&quot; but they still make you pay.&lt;br&gt;I have finally got rid of all my contracts and NEVER again will I go that route. There are other options. This is the future model of many business and they only work if you allow them to. If people stop buying into these contracts they will be forced to change.&lt;br&gt;But they know people will do about anything to get there hands on the latest and greatest, even if it doesn&#039;t work right.&lt;br&gt;Is it really worth it?</description>
