More on the MSI Wind U160, U130, U135

Yesterday the first of MSI’s upcoming netbooks broke cover. Then a few web sites published some hands-on impressions of the MSI Wind U135. Today we have a few more details on some of the other models.

Engadget has a handful of pictures of the upcoming MSI Wind U160. Like the U135, this model will reportedly have a 10 inch display and a 1.66GHz Intel Atom N450 processor. But it has a slightly different design as you can see from the image above. Probably the biggest thing setting the U160 apart from the U135 is that MSI says this model will get about 10 hours of run time, while Laptop Magazine says the U135 tops out at around 5.5 hours.

The MSI Wind U160 will reportedly sell for $350 and up. More details should be available around CES in January.

Meanwhile, Netbook Tech reports that there will be special edition versions of the Wind U130 and U135, both with optional WiMAX capabilities. The netbooks will be available in black, silver, blue and red.
