The only difference is the x2. This should be a Neo Dual Core, and thus 45nm, the same as the MSI U230 which is listed as a MV40 x2 as well. The MSI U230 is a netbook based on the Congo platform (with a newer processor actually) and it manages just over 3 hours of battery life in 480p video loop test.
