What does your rant even have to do with the renaming of UNR? Go complain somewhere that deals with the issue of MONO and Ubuntu.

Remix sounds sort of imprecise and could be pronounced rem-ix if someone was unfamiliar with the term. I like Netbook Edition better, but more important, maybe it'll get more attention now and start having less problems with kernel updates, etc.

Time for Ubuntu (including Netbook version) to drop the MONO – as MONO infringes on Microsoft .NET Patents (only Novell has a deal with Microsoft for their users) and any Ubuntu user who uses Ubuntu WITH MONO that is built-in, is in danger of this hidden legal Intellectual Property hazard. No business with proper legal advise will go near Ubuntu as long as MONO is part of Ubuntu.

I think netbook edition sounds way better than netbook remix. When I hear the word 'remix', I think music and not computers.
