Telsda is a Chinese handset maker. But the company’s branching out into netbooks with a convertible touchscreen model that’s reminiscent of the Asus Eee PC T91 or Gigabyte TouchNote.

The Telsda netbook has a touchscreen display that and a swivel that lets you rotate the screen and fold it down over the keyboard. The tablet weighs 2.9 pounds and packs a 1.6GHz Intel Atom CPU, 1GB of RAM, a 160GB hard drive, and a 10.1 inch display.

It also has a VGA port, flash card reader, 1.3MP webcam and a 3G option. Netbooked reports it will sell for less than $300, although it’s not clear if that’s the base price or the price you’ll pay if you pick up a subsidized model from a Chinese telecom.
