Why do all the tablets get announced and then disappear? So far, only the T91 seems to actually be out. Oh, I guess the T1028, too. But still, it seems like "Oh look, we're going to have a tablet soon!" When? "Oh, before the sun dies..."

Actually I pointed out that I had reviewed the Acer Aspire 1410 recently,
with link to that review. That part of the article remains unchanged. The
only thing I changed was the model number of the touchscreen version after
you reminded me that I got it wrong.

I should really try not to write model numbers from memory. When there were
just a half dozen netbooks on the market it was easy enough to keep all the
models in my head, but things are a bit more complicated these days. :)

I clearly understood you did not review the Packard Bell.

I put reviewer as you had mistakenly claimed to have reviewed the 1810tz in your initial post and didn't see how you missed that it did not have a swivel touch screen.

It is clear now though.

Although,
a netbook with a swivel/touch screen with similar specs as the Acer 1810TZ would be a Gateway EC18T. Nice if you want your netbook tablet to have the core 2 duo.

Thanks for the clarification. This is what I get for blogging too early in
the morning.

I'm not sure why you put "reviewer" in quotes though. I never claim to have
reviewed the Packard Bell laptop. This is just a quick news note... with an
error which I've just corrected.

I have reviewed the Acer Aspire 1410 and a number of other laptops, but
those items are all clearly marked as reviews and found in the reviews
section.

First off the Acer 1810TZ is not a tablet netbook. It does not have a swivel touchscreen as the "reviewer" claims in the very first sentence.

The model with these features that Acer is reported to be releasing soon is the Acer 1820P.
http://www.netbookreviews.net/acer/1820/

I didnt want anyone to be surprised by no touchscreen if they went to buy the 1810tz. I prefer no touchscreen myself so I'll probably go for the 1810TZ.
