Who are you kidding. You know that Verizon or Sprint will pick this up and offer it for cheap say $199 only to rape for for $60/month for a 2 year lock in with limited usage/month. Don't get too excited about this one folks

I think the design is decent, sophisticated, with the exception of the lid - that color plastic cap reminds me of a cheap Dell Inspirion from a few years back. Regardless, it's one of the nicer netbooks to date.

They still royally f'd up by sticking in GMA (a non hackintosh variant at that) instead of ION; and while I know that gets chalked up to politics, I'm still calling the resulting effort a complete FAIL. 12-hours operation is great, but I'm not buying an $800 or even $500 laptop that doesn't graphically perform to standards set 5 years ago.

First impression on seeing the picture. . .

Recall a few months back the article on the person who carved
out his own netbook from plywood for woodworking class?
This machine looks like they copied his design, adding
the rounded corners. Very "boxy" looking.
