Actually it is already available in Europe for a reasonable Price of 349 Euro (around 399$). Just bought it today and going to test over the weekend extensively.

That and the Windows 7, crippled edition make this a no-go. Glad they added the ridge around the touch pad though. I did that myself on my NC10.
