I am using photoshop CS2 on it and it works good. Sometimes it slows down really bad but it get's back on track if you let it work in background a little bit. I have modified lots of photos on it and it is ok. A graphic card would be great on this netbook cause it has only 8mb of video ram on it. Videos under 720p are playing flawless.

I would really like to buy Asus Eee PC 1101ha becasue it has 11.6-inch mini laptop, according to manufacturer it has the latest mobile hardware so pleasant that gets you started with all possible applications. You enjoy up to 8.5 hours working on one battery charge. So you can use a single charge one whole day or a long journey ahead. With its wireless connectivity it is simply to stay in touch with friends and family, colleagues or classmates. Because Simplicity is still with a capital E central to the Asus Eee PC 1101HA. See here for more http://www.techarena.in/review/16740-asus-eee-p...

Do you think it is possible to use Photoshop and 3D cad programs (Rhinoceros and Autocad etc) on this netbook?
Of course I am not going to do any photo editing or 3d rendering. But because I find it hard to carry my 17" laptop back to school (especially I cycle to school...), I want something light and cheap which I can be able to show some of my works to my tutors on my netbook. I don't need to work on this netbook, but I need to show my work...

Hi, is possible to upgrade ram without remove the existing one? So the laptop comes with 1 Gb and I have another 1 Gb module, so, is ther another free slot under the panel? or you only can upgrade using more capacity slots?

thanks

I have to say, I love the overclocking feature in the bios. But does anyone get system instability when overclocking it?
I pumped it up to 30%, and lots of things don't fly well, eventually leading to a Blue screen of death.

As well, do you know what kind of 720p video formats can be played on the 1101HA? I'm having difficulty playing 720p h264 aac mkv's, even with CoreAVC.

I want to buy a netbook and hesitate between the 1005ha and 1101ha.
How do they compare performance and battery life time wise when 110ha is overclocked to it's maximum (30%)?
