You know that 11.1 inch netbook I mentioned yesterday? It turns out it has a name: The Olevia X11A. Nicole Scott from Netbook News got a chance to check one out in person recently, and she has the video to prove it. You can check it out after the break, but first, here’s a quick rundown of the specs:

  • Display: 11.1 inch, 1366 x 768 pixel screen
  • CPU: 1.6GHz Intel Atom N270
  • RAM: 1GB
  • HDD: 160GB
  • OS: Linux

The keyboard has an interesting chiclet-style layout, with a large right-side shift key and arrow keys that are a bit below the rest of thekeys. The touchpad is nice and wide and features a single large button. And unlike most netbooks, which put all the ports on the left and right sides, this model has a USB jack as well as a card reader, Ethernet, and VGA ports on the back. There are also mic and headphone and 2 USB ports on one side.

This isn’t the first netbook from Olevia. The company also launched a 10 inch model called the X10A earlier this year in Japan.
