MSI has been showing of a 12 inch Intel CULV powered laptop called the Wind U200 in Europe for a little while now. But the company has just published the first press release I’ve seen about the laptop. And it appears that the name has been tweaked slightly: Meet the Wind12 U200.

MSI says the Wind12 U200 is “similar in weight and volume to 10 inch netbooks.” It weighs about 3.1 pounds (with a 3 cell battery), and measures 11.7″ x 7.5″ x 1.2″ and has a 12.1″ glossy 1366 x 768 pixel display.

The computer also has an Intel ULV SU3500 processor and integrated GMA 4500MHD graphics, an HDMI output, 1.3MP webcam, 4-in-1 card reader, 3 USB ports, and 802.11b/g/n WIFi. It supports up to 4GB of RAM and comes with a choice of a 3, 6, or 9 cell battery and 160, 250, or 320GB hard drive.
