The USB ports are at the mid-point, which is not too bad but could be better placed if lower. So, really the screen is just flipped..or rather the 900A's screen with a touch screen instaled was flipped?

It would be more work, a lot more specialized 3D CAD, but you could make/order a new case so you could take the parts and put the whole thing slimmer and place the ports in more advantageous spots then would occur on the upended 900HA.

I've seen tablets before with keyboards that work like this. Nice work!
