Thank you! this helped me no end. I was able to remove the connector on top of the Motherboard (the black one) and also there is an additional connector top left by the screen.

I used ram from Crucial (2GB 200-Pin DDR2 PC2 6400 CL6 800mhz : Part CT25664AC800) Which worked like a charm.

Thanks again!

Good video.... If I may add.
1) Be careful where you place the top panel when you remove it. The is a small heat-sink pad that could collect dirt/dust and spoil some of your cooling.

2) When you reinstall the little motherboard be sure to line up the post with the hole marked H1 near the cpu/fan heat sink area.

3) My computer failed to recognize the memory upgrade when 1st turned on.... I updated the bios and rebooted.... then it saw the memory.... Not sure which made the memory show up.

No no no. It's not complicated. Just do it nice and calm, and you should be just fine! I must say, it did this little thing good, installing 2gb ram module, without a shadow of doubt!

GL, S!

Wow, didn't realize it would be so complicated when I ordered my RAM!

Anyway, thanks for the great Howto videos :) - think I'll wait a while before invalidating the warranty though..
