Netbook and eBook enthusiasts have been using programs like EeeRotate to rotate their screens and read digital books in portrait mode for ages. But one user has gone a whole lot further by putting together a tutorial for using comic book readers, the Foxit Reader for navigating through PDF books with the touchpad.
He also created his own screen rotation program which he calls eeeBookmode.
Honestly, I’d rather read an eBook on my PDA or a keyboardless device like the Amazon Kindle. Using a computer to read books just seems too cumbersome. But if you don’t feel like shelling out the money for an eBook reader and you can’t stand the smell of paper, check out the video after the break to see the eeeBookmode in action.
