I've got a 2133 and 2140 here and there are indeed quite a few changes. The speakers on the 2133 were in the black bezel and were extremely loud for a netbook. The new speakers are cylindrical and placed above the keyboard- just like the Mini 1000.
The batteries are compatible with each other, as are the power supplies.

Yup, the batteries are the same and interchangeable. The power supplies are little different though – the 2140's puts out 0.1 amp more.

As long as the batteries are compatible, I'm content. Now if only there were an easy way to swap out that fershlugginah trackpad/button setup I would be truly happy.

Check out the under-side photos, the 2140 (on right) seems to
have the vents first seen on the pre-production prototype of the 2133.
