Remember thatMouse Computer LB-1500 netbook we spotted a while back that comes equipped with a Super Multi Drive? Apparently it’s real, since UMPC Fever spotted one in Osaka, Japan.

Most of the netbook’s specs look pretty much par for the course. It has a 10.2 inch display, a 1.6GHz Intel Atom CPU, 1GB of RAM, and an 80Gb or 160GB hard drive. Apparently there are actually three different models in the Mouse Computer LuvBook series. The LuvBook G1000, U100, and LB-F 1500W. Only the last one comes with the disc drive.

As expected, the top of the line model retails for 64,800 yen, or about $725 US.

$725? Ouch. It would be cheaper to buy a netbook and a separate USB optical drive. It is interesting that they can fit everyting into a netbook. I can't wait for the “naked” photos of this thing.
