Sure, the HP Mini 2140 has been available for well over a month. You’ve seen it unboxed, compared with its predeccesor, and reviewed. But how can ou really make up your mind about a computer before you’ve seen it dissected? Fortunately the folks at HP 2133 Guide have stepped up to the plate and ripped apart an HP Mini 2140 for your viewing pleasure.

There aren’t a ton of surprises here. The RAM looks easy enough to upgrade, and apparently the computer has fewer screws holding things in place than the HP 2133, which makes it easier to take apart.

You can see how the HP Mini 2140 stacks up against other netbooks by checking out our collection of dissection related articles.

Can you post some pictures on how to remove the bezel from the display? I need to replace a cracked screen but i can't seem to get the bezel off. Seems like it is glued to the top of the display near the microphone/wecam mechanism.
