MSI launches Valentine Edition netbook

msi-wind-valentine-editionWhile we’re waiting for the new MSI Wind U110, U115, or U120 netbooks to hit the streets, the company has gone ahead and launched another version of the good ole MSI Wind u100. This one is called the Valentine Edition, not to be confused the with Love Edition MSI released a while back. Cause, you know, the MSI Wind Love edition had a white lid with heart designs while the Valentine Edition has a pink case with a heart design.

MSI is selling the Valentine Edition for $429.99, or you can enter to win one. MSI is giving away 15 of the netbooks in a Valentine’s Day promotion. The company’s also got some USB flash drives to give away.

Under the pink hood, these mini-laptops feature a 10 inch, 1024 x 600 pixel display, a 1.6GHz Intel Atom N270 CPU, a 160GB hard drive and a 6 cell battery.

uhm, unless your girl is a geek, this is pretty stupid. About the only thing that would fix this is to not buy one in the first place.
