I was thinking the new HP Mini 2140 had a dazzling array of new features, but now I'm leaning toward the Dell Mini 10. Both will be available in high resolution, both appear to have excellent keyboards (though I'm not really used to the newer flat-ish keys yet), both will have 6-cell batteries available.<br><br>I like the HDMI-out connector on the Mini 10... I could stream my favorite live African waterhole webcam on my HDTV all night (and be waked up by strange animals in my bedroom :) I also like the Dell's black keyboard, touchpad, black case availability, and "the newest Intel Atom platform with a 1.6GHz Intel Atom Z530 processor."<br><br>The great aluminum case and tough keys of the HP Mini 2140 are appealing, but maybe a little overkill for a netbook. The black plastic of the Dell is OK with me. I like the availability of the fast hard drive and big SSD for the HP, and we'll have to wait and see how the Dell compares in this area. I'm also a fan of the ExpressCard, because of its versatility, and will miss that HP feature (the slot, that is) if I get the Dell.
