If you were getting tired of looking at the same pictures of the upcoming Acer Aspire One netbook with a 10.1 inch display, you’re not alone. Fortunately, a member of the AspireOneUser forums seems to have snagged the first unofficial photos of the new netbook, giving us a good look at the keyboard, top, bottom, and sides of the device.

As expected, it looks like Acer has moved the left and right mouse buttons to a space below the touchpad. Previously they hung out awkwardly to the side. The new touchpad also reportedly supports multi-touch capabilities. The new computer also has access panels beneath the unit allowing for easy memory, hard drive, and WLAN upgrades.

Make sure to check out AspireOneUser for additional pictures.

This looks like a win – the improved keyboard (much like a regular deal with the arrow keys lower than the rest of the board) plus a touchpad that doesn't look as squished as that on the NC10 from Samsung. Can't wait to see one in person!

I like the HP 2140 better. Seeing that, and now this… this is plastic. Probably just 50$ more and you get a sturdy aluminum device.

Two thumbs down for this and every other new _flimsy_ plastic netbook!

Still, they are better than Asus, MSI… but only with a price tag of 300$.
Aluminum is the new hot thing netbooks should be made of for the range 400-500 bucks.

    We're in a depression people! :/
