Rumor is Nvidia has been flirting with the idea of creating their own x86 compatible processor. They already do chipsets. An all in one solution for a netbook would be the perfect place to try it all out.

The netbook market hits all the big player's pocketbooks by limiting their profits. Don't expect them to rush to cannibalize their own profits. We can only hope new companies can rise to market and use this opportunity to establish themselves.

Wow, I thought NVIDIA Tegra 600 Series would have been something NVIDIA would/should have been pushing for Netbooks. Tegra would easily allowed a Netbook to play 3D computer games, and yet it is made for the power needs of MIDs (Mobile Internet Devices).

To hear they are lukewarm or usure on the idea is sad, they should be pushing for this.
