Sometime over the weekend, Liliputing had its 2 millionth unique visitor and late last week we had our 3 millionth page view. This includes page views for the Liliputing Product Database, but not page views for the Liliputing Forums, because for some silly reason I haven’t linked them to Sitemeter yet.

But seriously, thank you so much to everybody that has helped us reach this milestone. Liliputing began 8 months ago when I realized that my passion for netbooks (and indeed, the netbook market as a whole) had outgrown Eee Site. The last few months have have been an amazing ride, as virtually every major computer maker has released a netbook. 2009 should be even more exciting.

I’ll be attending CES in a few weeks where I hope to bring you all the latest news about netbooks and mobile technology. And I’ll be reaching out to companies about getting more products to review (and hopefully a few to give away) on the site. It’ll also be great to meet several of my colleagues who I’ve been working with so closely without every speaking face to face. I know Sascha from Eee PC News and Joanna from Laptop Magazine will be at CES, along with James and Kevin from jkOnTheRun and dozens (OK, thousands) of other bloggers and journalists who cover the consumer electronics industry.

And that’s just January. Who knows what February will hold?
