It isnt firefox its google chrome all the stuff on there is based around google, youtube, blogger, google apps.

True, the applications are Google-themed, but the browser isn't. I met up with the folks behind the operating system at CES in January and they told me that this was simply a skinned version of Firefox to look like Chrome.

As Google have yet to release Chrome for Linux this screenshot can only be a drawing. Or have they quietly put out a working version?

Apparently it floats over everything else and hides automatically, presumably when you move your mouse pointer away from the bottom edge of the screen.

I am not sure putting all those large icons across the bottom is such a good idea when most / all netbooks are vertically challenged in screen real estate.
