"that's not very slight," i said, "i need it for school." that's it. the agent said she would submit a request, without my having to ask. it's worth trying-- many others have had similar results. it's not hard to get a discount to compensate a bit for the delay. i was reluctant to make a fuss, but i didn't have to. Come on eBay, where is the crazy large 9 cell battery made by so no-name chinese company? Plus, if you look around the web you can find an easy way to get the S10 for about $390.
