		<description>It&#039;s too bad the Blacktop &quot;instant-on&quot; feature that was mentioned in the leaked presentation from June did not make it into the final product.  It would have been great to be able to hit the power button and get to a web browser or e-mail client in a few seconds instead of having to wait for the full-blown OS to load (be it XP or Linux).  That was the one unique feature of the Dell Inspiron Mini 9 that I was waiting for but, alas, that&#039;s not to be.</description>
