I've installed Ubuntu 8.04.1 on my Acer Aspire One. Almost everything except the wireless (of course) works out of the box, but after compiling some source code the wireless is working also. It doesn't seem to detect either of the sd card readers, but thats something I'll have to look into more. Boots up pretty quick. I think I'm getting a little over 2 hours in battery life, but that may be underestimated as I was compiling drivers as such. I was able to tether over bluetooth which was nice before my blackberry started acting up. I hope to post a boot up video of Ubuntu soon. Small update. Its pretty nice so far even though I haven't been able to fully test it yet. I'm gonna install Ubuntu on it and see how that works out once I get the 8.04.1 iso downloaded.
