From what we saw from the first and second generation eees, I'm not sure if MSI will be able to shoehorn a 10″ screen inside the body of the Wind with 8.9″ screen. Then again, MSI don't have to worry about the location of the speakers as Asus did, since MSI placed the speakers at the bottom from day one.

The 9" screen will probably have a larger bezel surrounding it. Otherwise, both will have that better, larger keyboard. Also, Atom CPU.
