that's a strange comparison… both of those are $1000 more than any version of the hp2133, the lowest version of which is still $499.

I don’t think you can order a 3 cell if you wanted to as an accessory. Any confirmation? I used HP chat to ask about it and they say that 6 cell is standard and they don’t think a 3 cell with be an option to order separate. But, they have been great for conflicting reports before.

have you notice that ALL notebooks are configured w/ 6 cell battery? where are the 3 cell?

Yeah, it looks like you can get the 3 cell battery by purchasing one of the
pre-configured models for $599 or under. But all of the custom configured
models come with the 6 cell battery and integrated Bluetooth, wwhether you
want it or not.

Anyone else blown away by the new price points? I was very tempted to replace my EEE 701 with one of these highly polished, great looking machines but the price is prohibitive. I might as well move up the rung and get a macbook or the Ideapad U110.
