Eee PC 900 multitouch touchpad in action

The Eee PC 900 has a new “fingerglide” touchpad, which is similar to the multitouch trackpad on the Macbook Air. While I knew you’d be able to use two finger gestures to do things like zoom in and out of pictures, I had no idea just how many features the new trackpad would enable.

Jkkmobile found the video above, which gives an amazing overview of how the fingerglide touchpad works with Windows XP and a variety of applications.

Because it's really annoying to have the position on the trackpad determine the behavior. They should have used Apple's gesture of two fingers to scroll.
